Credit Card Payments made via our website are processed by a third party merchant services provider that meets or exceeds Payment Card Industry Standards. Credit card numbers and other payment information is stored using 128-bit secure encryption so that the number cannot be viewed within the database, CVV2 data (the 3 digit number often requested when conducting credit card transactions) is not stored in the database. ProBank does not share, sell, or make available to third parties any information about our clients, except where disclosure may be required by law.
Information received via e-mail may be stored in a customer database and may be used to send additional information pertaining or related to the content of the e-mail. A paper copy of the e-mail may be retained for our records.
